At La Bastilla Coffee Estates, only the ripest cherries are selected for natural processing. The cherries are dried whole, allowing sugars from the fruit to gently infuse the coffee as it dries.
Careful turning and airflow ensure even drying and clean flavour development, resulting in a cup that’s sweet, fruit-driven, and well balanced.
