This “Day Lot” was harvested from cherries picked in a single day at ~90% ripeness with a small portion of overripe fruit for added sweetness. Sourced from 350 local growers at elevations up to 2,300 meters, producing dense beans with deep complexity.
Sidama is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee regions, known for its high elevations, rich soil, and ideal climate for growing exceptional coffee. Farms often sit above 2,000 meters, where cooler temperatures allow coffee cherries to ripen slowly and develop vibrant, complex flavors. Combined with generations of farming knowledge and smallholder care, Sidama consistently produces coffees with remarkable clarity, brightness, and depth.
